Dr. Lisa Randle joined the Coastal Conservation League in August 2019 as the Berkeley County Project Manager. After graduating from high school in Berlin, Germany, Lisa attended the University of South Carolina. Lisa holds a PhD in Historical Archaeology, with a secondary interest in GIS. Her dissertation is entitled “Panopticism and Mobility on the East Branch of the Cooper River, Berkeley County, South Carolina, 1780-1822. In her spare time, Lisa plays the clarinet in the Charleston Concert Band and the College of Charleston Wind Ensemble. Also, she enjoys reading (a personal library of over 200 books), creating and teaching acrylic pour painting, and traveling whenever possible.
