CHARLESTON – In response to the Legislative Audit Council review of the State Transportation Infrastructure Bank, Coastal Conservation League Executive Director Dana Beach issued the following statement:

“The audit underscores the need for the Legislature to pass reforms to move the the infrastructure bank under the Department of Transportation, so we don’t have two separate transportation agencies in South Carolina. We need to make decisions on need, not politics. Let’s pass the roads bills, with the roads reforms our state needs.”
