As we pull together in these uncertain times to make sure we are keeping our commitment to help keep farmers in business, our communities nourished, and fresh, local food available, we are offering a one-time pick-up offer for three of our healthiest local items: pasture-raised/non-GMO-fed EGGS from Watson Farms in Chester; whole MILK from Lowcountry Creamery in Bowman; and STRAWBERRIES from Hickory Bluff Berry Farm in Holly Hill.

Pick-ups must be made in-person tomorrow, March 18 at GrowFood’s warehouse at 990 Morrison Drive in downtown Charleston.

We’re offering small, medium, and large pick-up boxes:

• Small $20 – 30 eggs, 1 gallon of milk, 2 quarts of strawberries
• Medium $40 – 60 eggs, 2 gallons of milk, 4 quarts of strawberries
• Large $60 – 90 eggs, 4 gallons of milk, 8 quarts of strawberries

Pick-up times will be between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. on March 18. Our staff will call you within an hour of taking your order to take your credit card information and arrange a specific pick-up time with you. When you arrive, we will deliver your order to your vehicle on the Royal American side of our building. Your safety and the safety of our staff are our top priorities, so we’ll be careful to stagger pick-up times and limit your interaction with staff members.
