Join us and the Waccamaw Riverkeeper for a litter clean-up along the Waccamaw River in Conway.
We will meet in the parking lot of Riverfront Park in Conway at 9 a.m. for a welcome introduction (look for the folks with trash grabbers!). We will provide all the necessary gloves, bags, and grabbers to make this section of the Waccamaw River trash free. We are capping this event at 20 volunteers, so please register in advance to claim your spot.
Please remember to:
- Wear closed-toed shoes and protective clothing you don’t mind getting muddy or dirty.
- Bring water in a reusable water bottle. We will have water for refills.
- Wear a hat and sunscreen.
- Bring a set of work gloves if you have them. Otherwise, they will be provided.
