Third Party Sales Bill, H.3425, Introduced in SC


New third party energy sales legislation introduced in South Carolina seeks to remove statutory barriers for solar energy deployment while lowering electric bills for home and business owners.  The legislation is designed to allow the free market to supply financing and ownership options that are currently illegal in our state.
